Sewer & Drain Cleaning

Sewer and drain cleaning applications typically utilize pressures ranging from 1200 to 4000 PSI with relatively high flow rates to flush away debris. High thrust capabilities are sometimes needed for pulling the jetting hose long distances. Spray patterns are determined by line conditions. We can provide common spray patterns or custom patterns at no extra charge. All of our nozzles are custom drilled based on your pump’s flow and pressure specifications resulting in optimized equipment and cleaning performance.

The choice of a particular nozzle will depend on the jetting equipment and the applications, which include residential, commercial and municipal locations. We offer nozzle sizes from 1/8”, suitable for small electric jetters used in residential applications, up to 1” NPT nozzles suitable for large truck mounted equipment used for municipal applications.

• Button nose nozzles feature a round nose and short body to better navigate elbows and tees.
• Versa Mole is especially useful for cleaning laterals, and feature field replaceable inserts.
• Large nozzles in 3/4” and 1” NPT feature high thrust angles.

Industrial Pipe & Tube Cleaning

Industrial pipe cleaning, tube cleaning and duct cleaning applications typically require higher pressures, custom spray patterns, and fast delivery to the plant or jobsite. All of Aqua Mole’s nozzles can be operated at 10,000 PSI, and there are some that can be operated at 15,000 PSI. We feature custom drilling based on pump specs. The result is optimized cleaning performance and the customer’s choice of spray pattern. Most orders are shipped the same day, and at the latest will go ship within one business day, so you can be assured of quick delivery.

• J Type & JH (Jet) nozzles are popular with industrial pipe and tube cleaners, and are available in sizes from 1/8” to 1/2” NPT.
• RJ (Rotor Jet) spinning nozzles provide full 360-degree coverage inside of a pipe or for duct cleaning.
• Long life carbide inserts are available for nozzles which use replaceable jets with 3/4” NPT threads.
• Hard cutters nozzles are single orifice 3/4” male NPT nozzles with carbide orifices for longer life.

Hydro Drilling/Excavating

Hydro Drilling is the technology of using high-pressure water to drill through soil or rock to bore holes for posts, or to create direct underground pathways for pipe or direct burial cables. Small nozzles with 1/8” NPT threads are typically used for this application, and require special spray patterns with multiple forward jets ranging from 0 to 25 degrees. Aqua Mole’s Button Nose nozzles are ideal for this application, and our custom drilling service means that special patterns can be provided with no delay or extra costs. Cable Towing/Pulling

Cable Pulling is a chore for companies involved in communication and data cable installation. Many are now using high-pressure water “snakes” as one option for pulling cables through conduit. Typically a strong but lightweight high pressure hose equipped with a maximum thrust nozzle is run from one junction box to another. Our Versa Mole nozzle can be equipped with an eyebolt for convenient attachment to a snake line. The hose is retrieved with the snake line attached, and in turn the snake line is used to pull the actual cable through the conduit. The Versa Mole with it’s very high thrust / high pulling capabilities, is an ideal tool for cable pulling applications.
