Spray Patterns for Hydro Drilling

Aqua Mole custom drills each nozzle with the customer's requested spray pattern. The orifice size is calculated to achieve optimal equipment performance based on the pump’s pressure and flow specs. Hydro spray patterns vary, so please note the range of spray angles possible for each body style. The spray patterns shown are just a few of the possibilities available with our custom drilling capabilities.

SPRAY ANGLE OPTIONS FOR BUTTON NOSE NOZZLES
	Rear jet angles are possible ranging from 25 degrees to 70 degrees in the groove. It’s possible to drill 90 degree side jets in the knurled area in the nose section. Forward jets can be drilled from 0 degrees (straight ahead) up to 45 degrees.
